The Hateful Eight Gets A Brand New Blood-Soaked Theatrical Trailer

The second theatrical trailer for Quentin Tarantino’s highly anticipated snow-filled Western The Hateful Eight is out now and it gives us our first, real look at the chaos and blood-soaked savagery that will befall these scoundrels, outlaws and gunslingers.

Excited for Star Wars? Of course you are, we are too but come late December there should be at least one other movie on your radar and that’s Quentin Tarantino’s 8th film, The Hateful Eight.

Check out the newest theatrical trailer below:

Unlike the previous trailer, this second theatrical clip showcases all the characters in play, and culminates in the carnage that will befall these individuals. The trailer hits just as Tarantino’s police boycott is in full-swing, but it’s going to take a lot more to rain on QT’s parade.

The Hateful Eight takes place in Wyoming at a stagecoach stopover during a blizzard where eight characters slowly realize they may not all make it out alive.

The Western stars Kurt Russell, Samuel L. Jackson, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Walton Goggins, Tim Roth, Michael Madsen, Demian Bichir, Bruce Dern, and Channing Tatum. Also, Robert Richardson’s gorgeous 70mm cinematography should be thrown in as a star unto itself.

The Hateful Eight will be released in limited release  on December 25, 2015 with an exclusive two-week roadshow opening presented in 70mm.  The film will open with a digital theatrical release nationwide on January 8, 2016 following the two-week engagement, while continuing to be shown in 70mm as well.
