It seems no matter what comes out in the world of collectibles, there is always something on the horizon that is ready to blow you away. Well that feeling of amazement came over me again recently, and it was with great joy when I found out about a certain horror collector who has turned his house into a museum of oddities and bizarre forms of entertainment. This is called the Chainsaw Estate and boy do I want to book a visit.
So what exactly is Chainsaw Estate all about? Owners Jesse Wroblewski and Florence Ivy describe it as such;
Chainsaw Estates is the name of my house. It’s crammed with oddities and curiosities. This shop is some of the things one would find within these hallowed halls. Most are custom pieces created by myself (Jesse Wroblewski) and Florence Ivy. Check back often as we’ll add things as we can feel we can part with them or need to make space for more.
A quick look on Chainsaw Estates Etsy page shows some of Jesse’s favorite horror collectibles (many I would imagine he owns already), and gives you a good idea of what you are getting yourself into when you delve into his world. It is a place of horrific wonder, which looks like a heck of a lot of fun to visit.
Their YouTube Channel also has a nice collection of some of Jesse’s favorite pieces which you can see in all their glory.
But it is on the Instagram page where you really get to the meat of this collection. And what a collection it is. From fan-favorite movies, to retro punk styled figures, to custom-made pieces and cult creature creations, there is something here for everybody. Below is a very small example of what the Chainsaw Estate page has to offer.

With so many cool things on display, it is great to go through Jesse and Florence’s horrifically filled home. Though I doubt they are going to start doing tours any time soon, their page at least makes it feel like you have had a brief visit if nothing else.
Grizzly Bomb has its very own horror collectibles page, the Homemade Horror section. General collectibles news can be found via the collectibles link, or to see some great horror shorts (including Marvel Zombies) then our Unknown Fan Films is the place to be.
