Archenemy Trailer: Joe Manganiello May or May Not Be An Interdimensional Superhero

RLJE has released the first trailer for Adam Egypt Mortimer’s Archenemy which finds Joe Manganiello plays an alcoholic and homeless character who may or may not be a hero from another dimension.

Manganiello is Max Fist (what a name!), a man who tells people that he’s actually a hero from another dimension who fell through time and space to our world, where he conveniently happens to be powerless. Unsurprisingly, almost no-one believes him, with the exception of Hamster, a teenager who wants to help Fist continue to be a hero. Together, they take to the streets to wipe out the local drug syndicate and its vicious crime boss known as The Manager.

Check out the trailer for Archenemy below:

The League: Season 5 Promos Showcase Football Dudes and the Move to FXX

I know nothing about football. Seriously. I’ve picked up a couple athlete names over the years, and I can name a bunch of teams (both NFL and CFL) but really, I know nothing about football. Which says a lot about The League, as it has become one of my favorite shows on TV despite my lack of knowledge regarding their favorite sport. Funny is funny, and that’s what makes these following teasers amusing to a guy who barely understands them.

Do I know who these football players are? No. I do know they play football, and are known by the characters of The League, and damn it, that’s good enough for me. So while a lot of my fellow fans mention the appearance of this foozball star here or that foozball star there, I am more than happy to sit back and watch Taco be Taco.

Hell Baby: New Trailer Shows Off Stellar Cast, Actually Looks Fun…

In a world where great horror comedies like Dale and Tucker vs Evil get overshadowed by garbage like Scary Movie 5, it’s the folks that brought us Reno 911 that give me hope. Robert Ben Garant and Thomas Lennon wrote, directed, and starred in Hell Baby. The pair play exorcists sent by the Vatican to handle a demonic pregnancy, and the movie actually looks pretty damn funny. Aside from the two The State alums, the cast is packed with some of the funniest (if not well known) actors working today.

Hasslehoff + Piranha + 3D = OMFG

If there was anything that could put Piranha 3DD over the top for best worst movie ever, it would be this bit of news from IGN:

Hasselhoff David Hasselhoff has been cast in the latest water-terror film, Piranha 3DDDimension Films has announced.

The action star/recording artist/author/pop-culture phenomenon joins a cast that already includes Ving Rhames, Christopher Lloyd, Paul Scheer, Gary Busey, Katrina Bowden, Danielle Panabaker, Matt Bush, Chris Zylka and David Koechner.

Piranha 3DD is set at a water park that becomes infested with the infamous flesh-eating fish. We don’t yet know what role The Hoff will play, but the film is set for release on November 23.

Man, I can’t wait to see who Hasselhoff plays in this movie. Perhaps an exterminator who specializes in destroying prehistoric piranha? Maybe a water park mogul? Hell I’d even be satisfied with a singer who is adored by the people of Germany at this point. Maybe we’ll even get to see him in a scene where he’s drunk and mowing down a big ol’ fish sandwich.

Either way, if that didn’t make you want to see this piece of cinematic art in the theater on day 1, then you are not a human and have no soul to speak of. However the picture below will most likely suck the living soul out of your body into the disgusting black hole that is the Hoff’s man thong.
